Payment and Shipping

Payment for the sign is due when placing the order.  We will deliver locally (Roscoe, IL - Beloit Wi area) for free or you can make arrangements for pickup or shipping.  Because these are made of wood, actual shipping costs will be determined at time of shipment and you will be invoiced separately for actual shipping charges.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Credit cards are accepted for boards, events and custom orders and are processed through Stripe Card Processing. “Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.”

Returns & Refunds

 If you are unsatisfied with your sign, we can try to repair or replace it.  Personalized custom signs are not returnable. Signs made during events are not returnable.  Due to the custom nature of our Studio workshops, registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a credit for a future workshop.
