Our Team

Hi. My name is Erica Charron. I was born & raised in Rockton, IL. I currently live in Roscoe with my husband David, daughter Morgan, son Dylan, step-son Tyler, & my black lab Shadow. I started working in Rockton when I was just 15 years old. My first job was at the Elderberry Tea Room where I waitressed. After that I waitressed at Avery's (currently Fibs). I started a career in sales at The Rockford Register Star when I was 18-years-old. I worked there for about 10 years, then I decided to run an in-home daycare so I could be home with my kids. During that time, I always had some kind of side gig going with a Direct Sales Company... sales was my passion! I started doing board making classes in December of 2016 & the rest is history!

Jessica

Hi. My name is Jessica King. I grew up in Mankato, MN. In 2012 I got married and moved to South Beloit where my husband and I enjoy hiking at nearby forest preserves with our dog Brandy, fishing and gardening. I started working for Erica in July 2017. My favorite part of working at Erica’s Board Creations is meeting new people, seeing repeat customers and helping them create their beautiful boards!

Debi

Hi. My name is Debi Hirst-Seach. I have lived in the area all of my life, growing up in Shirland and currently living in Rockton. I quit working in 2011 after 16 years as a personal banker. I have been homeschooling my son with special needs and working in my friend's quilt shop in Pecatonica for the last four years now. I started working for Erica in 2018. It is the perfect blend of creativity, making something by hand, and interacting with like minded people to keep this crafty tinkerer happy. Whether it's with wood, yarn, fabric or whatever else I can get my hands on; my happy place is when I'm creating. I enjoy teaching classes because it gives me the opportunity to share some of that with others by encouraging their creativity, sharing my tips and tricks, and overseeing that they are happy with what they made.

Haley

Hi. My name is Haley Seach, I grew up in South Beloit and currently live in Clinton on our Farm where I love spending my free time with my animals. I currently work full time at the Beloit Health System in the Cardiology Department. I have been working for Erica for just shy of a year. What I love most about teaching classes are the new people I meet and the friendships that start.

KIRSTen

Hi. My name is Kirsten Mancl. I was born and raised in Roscoe, and still live there with my son. I'm a patient financial counselor at Mercy Health in Janesville. I'm also a part time Wine Consultant. I have been working with Erica since September 2018 assisting with classes and make and take events and absolutely love it. My favorite part about working with Erica's Board Creations is being able to help people bring out their creativity and seeing their faces light up when they see their finished board!!
